You don't need rice for this pilaf. And not just rice, but any cereal at all. This is because the dish is prepared on the basis of vegetables. Together with meat, it is very satisfying and nutritious.
The idea of cooking pilaf without rice from vegetables was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Irina with the nickname brutsia. Most of all, you need to add cauliflower.
Ingredients:
- 600 g of cauliflower
- 600 g of turkey meat
- 150 g of carrots
- 100 g of onions
- 70 g of raisins
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp. suneli hops
- 1 tsp of cumin
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Cut onions and carrots into strips and fry.
2. Cut the meat into cubes.
3. Fry, and add spices.
4. Add cabbage and carrots to the meat, almost ready.
5. Add raisins and garlic and simmer under the lid.
