Ingredients
- eggs - 2 pcs
- sugar - 2 tbsp
- milk - 500 ml
- flour - 200 gr
- oil - 2 tbsp
- salt - a pinch
- cream cheese
- kiwi or banana
- chocolate
How to cook
1. Make pancake batter and fry on both sides until lightly browned.
2. Put cream cheese into a pastry bag.
3. Spread the cream cheese on the pancake, top with the banana and kiwi, and roll it up. Cut the pancake in half two times.
4. Drizzle melted chocolate over the top.
5. Put them in the fridge for 20 minutes.
