Mackerel tastes best when pickled. This fish can be used to make simple sandwiches or eaten with bread. For the holidays, it will be just the perfect appetizer.
The idea of cooking delicious pickled mackerel was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Liubov Prymak (lyubaprima_1). Dill and garlic will make the fish very spicy, and you can eat it in a day.
Ingredients:
- frozen mackerel - 2 pcs.
- salt - 1 tbsp
- sugar - 1 tbsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- dill - a bunch
- garlic - 2 cloves
- oil - 3-4 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Disassemble the mackerel into fillets.
2. Rinse, dry and put the ingredients whipped in a blender.
3. Cover with the other half.
4. Wrap it tightly in an envelope.
5. Put it in the refrigerator for a day, and then in the freezer for a few hours.
6. Take it out, cut it into pieces while still frozen and let it melt until soft. You can eat!
7. To make it more convenient to eat, remove the skin from the fillet.
