  • frozen mackerel - 2 pcs.
  • salt - 1 tbsp
  • sugar - 1 tbsp
  • pepper - 1 tsp
  • dill - a bunch
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • oil - 3-4 tbsp.

1. Disassemble the mackerel into fillets.

2. Rinse, dry and put the ingredients whipped in a blender.

3. Cover with the other half.

4. Wrap it tightly in an envelope.

5. Put it in the refrigerator for a day, and then in the freezer for a few hours.

6. Take it out, cut it into pieces while still frozen and let it melt until soft. You can eat!
