Syrnyky are considered to be a rather high-calorie dish because the dough is made from flour with a fair amount of sugar. But if you care about your figure and try to eat right, you can use this cooking idea. In this recipe, some ingredients are replaced and the syrnyky are very healthy.
The idea of making diet syrnyky was published on the Instagram page of blogger Maria (makyan_maria).
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese (0-5% ) – 400 g
- eggs (1/2 pc.)
- fructose (2 tbsp)
- coconut (1-2 tbsp) or raisins
- vanilla sugar – 10 g
- Rice flour (1-2 tbsp for cheese and for breading)
Method of preparation:
1. Mash the cottage cheese well.
2. It is better to cook in corn oil over low heat.
3. Serve with honey.
