Delicious liver pancakes: even children will like them
Liver is a very healthy and nutritious product, but its taste is quite specific. This meat can be a bit bitter and tough, which may not be very pleasant, especially for children. But if you still want to add this product to your kids' diet, you should do it in the form of pancakes.
The idea of making delicious liver pancakes was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Snizhana (snizhana.dudok).
Ingredients:
- liver - 200 g
- onion - 1/3 pc
- eggs - 1 pc
- flour - 3 tbsp
- salt (if the child is over a year old)
- Ghee for frying - 0.5 tsp
Method of preparation:
1. Put the liver in a blender bowl.
2. Add the onion.
3. Grind to a puree.
4. Add the egg and salt and mix.
5. Add the flour and mix again.
6. Spoon out the pancakes.
7. Fry on both sides.
