Homemade sausage is a delicious, hearty dish that is a great and, most importantly, safe alternative to store-bought sausage. Traditionally, it is made from pork and beef and baked in the oven. With the right spices and ingredients, the sausage is very juicy and flavorful.

Ingredients:

  • pork – 1.5 kg
  • beef – 1.5 kg
  • water – 600 g
  • butter – 100 g
  • parsley
  • vegetable oil
  • dry garlic
  • dried onion
  • coriander, paprika, black pepper, salt

Method of preparation:

1. Grind the meat through a meat grinder.

2. In the resulting minced meat add salt, pepper, dry garlic, dry onions, paprika and coriander, chopped parsley, and oil. Mix well.

3. Stuff the sausage with the prepared minced meat.

4. Put the sausage on a baking sheet, add bay leaves, pour boiling water, cover and leave for 60 minutes.

5. Then brush the sausage with oil and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
