Use fish to make delicious cutlets during Lent. You can combine them with any porridge or salad and they are very satisfying. The cutlets will not fall apart because soaked bread is added to the minced fish.

Ingredients:
- sea fish fillet - 600 g
- three slices of bread
- onions - 2 pieces (medium)
- salt, seasonings - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Pass fillet together with bread slices soaked in water through a meat grinder.
2. Add grated onion, salt and seasonings.
3. Mix well.
4. Form cutlets.
5. Dip in breadcrumbs. You can fry without them, the cutlets will still hold together.
6. Put it on a preheated frying pan with oil.
7. Fry over low heat under a lid on both sides until cooked.
