Delicious dietary and juicy stuffed peppers with julienne filling

Ingredients:
- 2 large bell peppers
- 300-400 g chicken fillet
- 1 onion
- 150 g mushrooms
- 150 g sour cream or 150 ml cream
- 100 g cheese (I have mozzarella)
- spices - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Chop onion, chicken fillets and mushrooms.
2. Fry the onion until soft in a vegetable oil.
3. Add chicken fillets, stir and fry until the fillets are ready (or until the chicken is no longer pink).
4. Add mushrooms and cook to evaporate moisture.
5. Next add sour cream or cream, spices, stir and cook for a few more minutes.
6. Cut bell peppers in half.
7. Carefully remove the seeds, leaving the stem.
8. Fill with prepared filling and sprinkle with grated cheese.
9. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
10. If necessary, you can cover the peppers with foil (if the cheese starts to brown too quickly). You can also do it without foil in the top-bottom heating.
