- 1 packet of gelatin (25g)
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the cherries and remove the pips.
2. Put them in a saucepan and add the sugar.
3. Beat them with a blender to a purée.
4. Soak the gelatin in cool water (125 ml).
5. Put the cherries on the gas and stir occasionally.
6. After boiling, boil for 5 minutes (do not forget to remove the foam).
7. Jars and lids sterilize.
8. When the cherries boiled - remove from the gas, add the swollen gelatin.
9. Stir quickly so that the gelatin dissolves completely.
10. Pour into jars, twist and leave to cool completely.
