Delicious beetroot spread: can be prepared for the holidays instead of horseradish sauce

Ingredients:

• beetroot - 250 g
• feta - 100 g
• sour cream / Greek yogurt - 1 tbsp
• dried granulated garlic - 0.5 tsp (or a clove of fresh garlic)
• greens - for serving
• salt, pepper, lemon juice - optional

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the beets.

2. Cut into convenient pieces.

3. Place in the blender bowl.

4. Add feta, sour cream and spices.

5. Beat with a blender until smooth.

6. Toast your favorite bread, spread it with beetroot spread, and garnish with herbs.
