- feta - 100 g
- sour cream / Greek yogurt - 1 tbsp
- dried granulated garlic - 0.5 tsp (or a clove of fresh garlic)
- greens - for serving
- salt, pepper, lemon juice - optional

1. Boil the beets.
2. Cut into convenient pieces.
