Method of preparation:
1. Cut the zucchini into slices, season with salt and leave for a few minutes.
2. Finely chop the tomatoes and herbs.
3. First dip the zucchini in flour, then in beaten eggs and fry in vegetable oil on both sides until tender.
4. Put it on a napkin to drain the excess oil.
5. Mix sour cream, chopped garlic and herbs.
