Delicious baguette spread: can be cooked in minutes
This appetizer will be a great addition to a festive family table or buffet. It is light, flavorful, and quite satisfying. And most importantly, it takes very little time to prepare. The baguette is extremely crispy and flavorful, and the appetizing spread perfectly complements this taste.

Recipe for a delicious baguette spread

Ingredients for croutons:
- baguette
- butter – 120 g
- parsley (fresh or dry)
- garlic – 2 heads
- olive oil
- salt

Method of preparation:
1. Peel the garlic.
2. Drizzle with a little olive oil, wrap in foil, and put in the oven.

3. Add parsley, olive oil (1 tbsp), salt and roasted garlic to the oil.
4. Beat it all until smooth with a fork or blender.

5. Slice the baguette and spread the prepared mixture on top.
6. Put in the preheated oven for a few minutes to brown the baguette.

- avocado
- feta cheese
- fresh basil.

1. Combine everything.
2. Beat with a blender.
3. Serve with croutons.
