Ingredients:
- frozen asparagus beans - 1 pack
- leek - 1 pc.
- garlic - 1 clove
- butter - 30 g.
- olive oil - 30 g.
- chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
- salt, pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Chop leeks.
2. Fry a little in a preheated pan.
3. Squeeze garlic.
4. Add frozen beans and spices.
5. Fry everything well.
6. Cook a poached egg.
7. Put everything on a plate and serve for breakfast.
