Ingredients:
- 5 kg of tomatoes
- 2 kg apples
- 2 kg carrots
- 2 kg sweet pepper
- 300 g bitter pepper
- 300 g garlic
- 1 liter of oil
- 2-3 tbsp. salt
Method of preparation:
1. Rinse vegetables and fruits well.
2. Peel, remove spoiled areas.
3. Cut into bite-size pieces.
4. Grind through a meat grinder or through a blender.
5. Add butter and salt.
