This was probably the principle used by a food blogger with the nickname thefoodhub.by_ilona. On her Instagram, she posted a recipe for a tart with onions and anchovies, which, according to her, turns out to be very tender and elegant.
Ingredients
- Onion - 3 pieces
- Puff pastry - 200 gr
- Anchovies in oil - 10-12 pcs
- Rosemary - a sprig
- Yolk - 1 pc
- Salt
- Pepper
Method of preparation
1. Peel the onion and cut it into halves. Fry in olive oil until soft and golden brown.
2. Add a sprig of rosemary, salt and pepper to the onion. Mix well.
3. Roll out the dough and make it the size of the baking dish.
4. Put the onions, anchovies and olives on the dough.
5. Put it in a preheated 180-degree oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dough is cooked and has an attractive golden color.
