Delicate peach tiramisu in 20 minutes: the best summer no-bake dessert

The popular tiramisu dessert can be prepared not only in the classic version but also supplemented with a variety of seasonal fruits and berries: peaches, strawberries, cherries, raspberries and bananas. As a rule, the dessert is prepared without eggs and baking.

Food blogger Yuliya with the nickname cooking_by_yuliya shared a recipe for peach tiramisu in 20 minutes on her Instagram page.

Peach tiramisu recipe

Ingredients:

  • savoiardi cookies
  • cold cream 30% - 200 ml
  • mascarpone - 300 g
  • condensed milk - 100-150 g
  • peaches and nectarines
  • sugar
  • gelatin - 10 g + water - 30 ml

Method of preparation:

1. First of all, prepare the syrup. To do this, cut peaches and put them in a saucepan, add sugar and a little lemon juice, pour water and cook until the fruit is completely cooked.

2. For the cream, whip the cream until thick. Then add the condensed milk and mascarpone, whisking everything until lush and thick.

3. Next, dip the cookies in the syrup and lay out the first layer of the cake in the mold. Grease with cream and lay out the cookies dipped in syrup again. Continue until the ingredients run out.

4. Decorate the top of the cake with peaches or nectarines.

5. Add gelatin to water and wait for it to swell. Melt the mass and smear it on top of the fruit. This way they will be glossy.

6. Leave the dessert in the refrigerator for a few hours. Enjoy your appetite!
