Delicate cheesecake without baking: cooked with sour cream
If you don't have a lot of time to prepare a variety of desserts, this cheesecake is the perfect option. You don't even have to bake it, because the mass hardens in the refrigerator in just 20 minutes. It is based on sour cream, so the taste is extremely delicate and moderately sweet.
The idea of making a cheesecake without baking with sour cream was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Polina with the nickname polli_cooking.
Ingredients:
- 10 g gelatin
- 100 ml of milk
- 150 g of chocolate biscuits (shortbread)
- 35-40 g of butter
- 150 g of cottage cheese
- 300 g of sour cream 20%
- 150-200 g of sugar
- 15 g of vanilla sugar
Method of preparation:
1. Pour the gelatin with cold milk and set aside to swell.
2. Put the biscuits in the bowl of a blender and grind them into fine crumbs.
3. Add the melted butter to the cookies and mix well.
4. Put the cookies on the bottom of the mold and use a glass to tamp them down. Put them in the refrigerator.
5. Put the cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla sugar in a blender bowl.
6. Beat well until smooth and creamy.
7. Melt the gelatin to a liquid consistency (the main thing is not to overheat, melt for 3-5 seconds in the microwave). Add to the curd mass and mix well.
8. Pour the mixture into the mold, smooth it out, and put it in the fridge.
9. The cake hardens very quickly. It takes about 15-20 minutes.
