Delicate apple pie that melts in your mouth: little dough and lots of filling
Apple pie is the simplest homemade pastry that can be prepared in different ways: with puff pastry, filo or cheese, or without, replacing the base with pita bread.
- apples - 1 kg
- eggs - 2 pcs
- a pinch of salt
- sugar - 50 g
- vanilla sugar - 10 g
- flour - 70 g
- zest of 1 lemon
- milk - 100 ml
Method of preparation:
1. Add salt, sugar and vanilla sugar, flour to the eggs. Mix everything with a whisk until smooth.
2. Grate the lemon zest into the mixture and pour in the milk. Mix with a whisk until smooth.
3. Next, peel and core the apples. Cut the fruit into slices and add to the dough immediately. Stir to combine.
