Cutlets are a delicious and very easy-to-prepare meat dish. The most important thing is to make a good mincemeat to make the cutlets juicy and soft. In addition, the dish can be prepared with a filling.

Ingredients:
- fillet -–3 pcs.
- onion – 2 pcs.
- bread – 5 pieces
- egg – 1 pc.
- mushrooms – 600 g
- salt, pepper, seasoning for cutlets
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the onions and mushrooms. Chop one onion and fry until golden brown.
2. While the onion is frying, chop the mushrooms and then add them to the onion. Fry until tender, add salt and pepper at the end.
3. Grind the fillet in a blender until minced.
4. Chop the onion in a blender.
5. Cut the soft part of the bread and soak it in milk for a few minutes. After - squeeze and add to the minced meat.
6. Add the onion, egg, and spices to the minced meat.
7. With wet hands, form cutlets, wrapping the mushroom filling inside.
8. Fry the cutlets.
9. When the cutlets are ready, you can put them in a saucepan, pour broth or hot water on the bottom, and simmer for another 3-5 minutes.
