Crispy potato snacks in the oven: an alternative to chips
In addition to chips, potatoes can be used to make another tasty and crunchy snack. As they are not fried but baked in the oven, they are not as high in calories. The main thing is to choose your favorite and flavorful spices.

Ingredients:
- potatoes - 3 pcs.
- potato starch - 25 g
- rosemary - 1\2 tsp.
- granulated garlic - 1\4 tsp.
- paprika - 1\4 tsp.
- black pepper - 1\4 tsp.
- salt - 1 tsp.
- olive oil
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and peel potatoes. Cut into cubes and boil until tender.

2. Mash the prepared potatoes with a fork, add starch and spices and mix.
3. Form balls, put them on a baking sheet and lightly press each one with a fork. Drizzle olive oil over them.
