- pita bread - 50 g.
- hard cheese - 20 gr.
- egg - 1 pc.
- cottage cheese - 140 gr.
- Greens as desired (green onions)

Method of preparation:
1. cut the pita into slices.
2. Grate the cheese on a large grater.
3. Stir in egg, greens, and cottage cheese.
4. Add spices.
5. Place the filling on the pita and twist it into a tube.
