Crispy pita rolls with cheese: perfect for a hearty and quick breakfast

A hearty and tasty breakfast can be made very quickly. For this, you need pita bread. It does not need a long heat treatment and goes well with many components. For the filling, you can use cheese and seasonal greens.

Ingredients:

  • pita bread - 50 g.
  • hard cheese - 20 gr.
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • cottage cheese - 140 gr.
  • Greens as desired (green onions)
  • salt and spices - to taste

Method of preparation:

 

1. cut the pita into slices.

2. Grate the cheese on a large grater.

 

3. Stir in egg, greens, and cottage cheese.

 

4. Add spices.

5. Place the filling on the pita and twist it into a tube.

 

6. You can fry in a pan with a drop of vegetable oil or cook on the grill.
