Crispy pickle cucumbers in 15 minutes: recipe for quick appetizer
Pickles are a great and budget-friendly appetizer for daily and holiday tables. They can be prepared simply with your favorite spices and herbs, supplemented with garlic and horseradish or made in a marinade.
One of the blogs (fakty.ua) on Instagram published a recipe for crispy pickle cucumbers with garlic and herbs, which you will prepare in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients:
- cucumbers - 300 g
- salt - 3 g
- sugar - 5 g
- bay leaves
- aromatic pepper
- garlic
- lemon juice
- dill/parsley
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. First, cucumbers need to be washed and their tails cut off. Large vegetables better cut into 4 pieces.

2. Chop herbs and press garlic. Mix the chopped ingredients with your favorite spices, sugar, salt and oil.
3. Place the prepared cucumbers in a bag, add the mixture of herbs and spices, squeeze a little lemon juice. Mix all the contents of the bag thoroughly.
