Low-salted zucchini is as tasty and crunchy appetizer as cucumbers. You can cook them in the same way, supplementing them with savory spices, herbs and garlic. The pickling process is fast enough and you do not need to wait long.

Foodblogger Xenia with the nickname kseniya.goodfood on her Instagram page shared a recipe for low-salted zucchini with dill and garlic in a bag. If desired, they can be supplemented with cucumbers.

A recipe for low-salted zucchini

Ingredients:

  • zucchini - 2 pcs
  • cucumbers (optional)
  • dill/parsley
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • salt - 1 tbsp.
  • sugar - 1\2 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Cut zucchini into bars. If you are using cucumbers, prepare them in the same way.
