Crispy galette with red fish: what dough to use
Galette is a crispy dough pie. It is usually filled with sweet toppings: berries, fruit, jams, cottage cheese. But this dish can also be made with red fish - a great option for a hearty snack.

Ingredients for the dough:
- cottage cheese - 150 g
- eggs - 1 pc
- flour - 100 g (it may take a little more)
- butter - 50 g
Ingredients for the filling:
- eggs - 1 pc
- sour cream - 30 g
- greens - to taste
- red fish - 100 g
Method of preparation:
1. Knead the dough. It may stick to your hands a little - this is normal.
2. Flatten on parchment.
3. Combine all the filling ingredients, mix well.
4. Pour the filling inside.
5. Pinch the edges.
6. The weight is indicated for a small galette, if you are cooking for the whole family, then increase the proportions by 2 times.
