Crispy focaccia with tomatoes and herbs: easier than pizza

Focaccia is an Italian pie that resembles pizza in taste and cooking technology. But here everything is much simpler, because you do not need to roll out the dough thinly. The texture should remain fluffy and, at the same time, an appetizing crispy crust should form on top.
The idea for making crispy yeast focaccia is posted on the Instagram page of a food blogger with the nickname zhyvy_prosto. Be sure to add tomatoes to the filling - the pastry will turn out very crispy.

- 10 g salt
- 10 g sugar
- 20 ml olive oil
- 450 ml of warm (40 degrees Celsius) water

Cooking method:
1. For the dough, sift the flour, add the remaining dry ingredients, stir, add the olive oil and warm water, using a tablespoon to knead the dough.
2. Cover with cling film and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
3. Grease the mold with olive oil, place the dough, spread it lightly over the mold, brush the dough with olive oil, cover with food film and leave it for 10 minutes.

5. Lay out the greens, cut cherry tomatoes into 4 pieces and lay them out, make a stem from a clove of garlic cut in half, sprinkle a little salt on top of the dough.
