Crispy coconut cookies in 20 minutes: a simple recipe without flour and butter

If you want to make something for tea that is quick and with a minimum of ingredients, then these coconut cookies are the perfect option. They are very crispy, tender, melt-in-your-mouth, and most importantly, they are made from just three ingredients.

Food blogger Oksana Pashko shared a recipe for crispy coconut cookies on her YouTube channel (Cooking with Oksana Pashko) that contains no flour or butter.

Ingredients:

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • coconut flakes - 150 g
  • sugar - 100 g
  • salt

Method of preparation:

1. Separate the whites from the yolks (you won't need the yolks). Add a pinch of salt to the whites and, adding sugar, beat with a mixer into a fluffy foam.

2. Add the chips to the mixture and mix.

3. Spoon the mixture onto a baking sheet covered with parchment.

4. Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
