  • garlic
  • butter (melted)

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the wings, dry them, and divide them into phalanges.

2. Mix flour, starch, baking powder, salt, paprika.

3. Coat the wings well.

4. Put the wings in the oven at 190 degrees for 35 minutes (turn occasionally).

5. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, and chop the parsley.

6. Mix cheese, parsley, garlic, seasonings, butter.

7. Immediately put the wings hot from the baking sheet into the mixture (they must be hot so that the cheese melts well).
