Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • 1 tsp. dried garlic
  • salt - to taste
  • 2-3 tbsp of vegetable oil

Ingredients for the sauce:

  • 200 g of processed cheese (3 pieces)
  • 2-3 tbsp of cream (sour cream can be used)
  • 2 tbsp of mayonnaise
  • a few sprigs of dill
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic

1. Wash the potatoes well.

2. Cut into slices.

4. Mix well.

5. Bake at 180-200 degrees until tender.

6. Finally, turn on the grill or convection.

7. For the sauce, blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
