Crispy apple cookies: how to make flavorful homemade pastries

- apples - 2 pcs
- eggs - 2 pcs
- sugar - 100 g
- sour cream 20% - 150 g
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- cinnamon - 0.5 tsp
- flour - 350 g
Method of preparation:
1. First you need to prepare the apples, namely peel and core them. Grate them on a coarse grater.
2. Add eggs, sugar, a pinch of salt, and sour cream to the grated apples. Mix everything thoroughly.
3. Next, add flour, baking powder, cinnamon and oil to the mixture. Stir until smooth.
