Crispy and flavorful breakfast waffles: cook in 15 minutes

Waffles are exactly the kind of breakfast you can make in 15 minutes. With only 5 ingredients, you will have a tender and thick batter that fries easily and turns golden. You can add a light salad and scrambled eggs. Such a complete meal will keep you full for a long time.

Ingredients:
- 150 g of hard cheese (you can take several kinds)
- 2 eggs
- 50 g flour
- spices - to taste
- dried garlic + Italian herbs - pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
2. Add Eggs.
3. Stir.
4. Add the flour and knead (it will be very thick mass).
5. Bake the waffles in a preheated waffle iron (or grill) until lightly browned. The mix of cheeses and spices gives the waffles an almost pizza-like flavor.
