Creamy soup with red fish and broccoli: a spicy taste that will surprise you
Is it possible to quickly prepare a soup that looks and tastes like a restaurant? It turns out that it's really easy.
To make such a soup, you just need to choose the right ingredients and add a touch of imagination. That's exactly what a food blogger with the nickname fasting_marafon did when she posted a recipe for creamy broccoli and red fish soup on Instagram.
Ingredients
- Red fish - 150 gr
- Broccoli - 150 gr
- Onions - 50 gr
- Carrots - 100 gr
- Potatoes - 200 g
- Cream 20% - 80 ml
- Cream cheese - 2 tbsp
- Cherry tomatoes - 50 g
- Salt
- Boiling water - 2 liters
- Oil for frying
Method of preparation
1.Fry onions, carrots and potatoes in a frying pan. Transfer the fried vegetables to a saucepan and pour boiling water over them.
2. Cut the fish into small pieces and put them in a saucepan. Add broccoli, cream and cream cheese.
3. Cook the soup until the potatoes are tender. At the end, add the halved tomatoes.
