Creamy corn: how to cook the vegetable in a new and delicious way
Such a vegetable as corn is most often boiled. However, it can be done in a new way, boiled with milk, cheese and spices. When cooked, corn turns out not only juicy and tender, but also has a pleasant creamy taste and aroma.
- water - 500 ml
- milk - 500 ml
- processed cheese - 150 g
- salt, rosemary
Method of preparation:
1. First you need to clean and wash the corn. Place in a saucepan.
2. Pour the milk and water in equal proportions into a container, add the processed cheese, salt and rosemary. Put on the heat, bring to the boil and simmer for 30 minutes.
3. Leave the boiled corn to stand in the water for another 1 hour.
4. At this stage you can take out the vegetable, smear it with butter and sprinkle with salt. Enjoy your appetite!
