Not only can crab sticks be a base for salads and appetizers, but they also make a delicate spread and a very tasty snack cake. If you want the dish to be more savory, add garlic to the filling.

Cook Natalya shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious crab cake with garlic and mayonnaise that will be moderately spicy.

Ingredients:

  • crab sticks (not frozen)
  • cheese (firm or melted)
  • eggs - 4 units
  • mayonnaise or sour cream - to taste
  • garlic, salt - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Stuffing: mix yolk with grated cheese, garlic, salt and mayonnaise (or sour cream).

2. Place the crab sticks (not frozen, so they can be unwrapped easily) one at a time and cover with the filling. Assemble the cake as long as there is filling. Sprinkle grated egg white on top.
