A food blogger with the nickname anny.cooking shared a recipe for buns that are perfect for breakfast or just coffee. On Instagram, she explained what ingredients are needed to make them.
Ingredients for 12 buns
- eggs - 2 pcs
- sugar - 50 gr
- vanilla sugar
- flour - 250 gr
- cottage cheese - 250 g
- baking powder - 8 gr
- melted butter - 20 g
- egg yolk and a spoonful of milk for greasing
The way of preparation
1. Combine eggs with sugar. Beat with a whisk and add cottage cheese. Beat again.
2. Add melted butter, vanilla or vanilla sugar, and sifted flour. Knead soft dough.
3. Put the dough on a floured surface and divide it into 12 equal parts.
4. Form balls from each part. If desired, you can put chocolate or other filling in the middle.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
