Ingredients for pancakes
- canned corn - 1 can
- egg - 1 pc
- sour cream - 2 tbsp
- hard cheese - 60 gr
- garlic - 1-2 cloves
- flour - 2 tbsp
- greens
- spices
Ingredients for the sauce
- cream 10% - 20 ml
- processed cheese - 1.5 pieces
- spices
How to cook
1. Grind garlic through a press and chop herbs.
2. Combine all ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
3. Spoon 1 tbsp of the mixture on a frying pan heated with vegetable oil. Fry until golden on both sides.
4. Prepare the sauce. Heat cream in a saucepan, add grated processed cheese and spices. Stir until the cheese melts.
5. Put the pancakes on top of each other. Pour the sauce over them and top with a few pieces of salmon.
