Cold Spanish gazpacho soup in 10 minutes: easier than okroshka

Gazpacho is a cold Spanish soup that can be an alternative to the popular okroshka. The main ingredient of the first dish is tomatoes, which, together with other fresh vegetables and spices, are mixed in a blender into a homogeneous texture. The dish is easy to prepare in 10 minutes.
Food blogger Yana with the nickname ohmyborsh on her Instagram page shared a classic recipe for cold Spanish gazpacho soup with tomatoes.
Ingredients:
- tomatoes - 750 g
- cucumbers - 150 g
- piece of bread - +- 40 g
- red onion - 30 g
- garlic - 3 cloves
- olive oil - 4-5 tbsp.
- balsamic vinegar - 2 tbsp.
- salt
- milk/cream - 2 tbsp.
- basil or any herbs for serving
Method of preparation:
1. First you need to prepare the vegetables. To do this, peel off the cucumbers and cut into smaller random pieces. Cut the rest of the vegetables arbitrarily.
2. Transfer the prepared vegetables to the blender bowl. Blend everything to a homogeneous mass.
3. Add the remaining ingredients to the vegetables: oil, vinegar, salt, milk or cream. Whisk everything again until smooth.
4. The resulting mixture can be additionally rubbed through a sieve for a more homogeneous texture.
5. Pour the soup into a plate, serve with greens and bread. Bon appetit!
