One of the culinary blogs (uliana.blog_) on Instagram published a recipe for meat chops, which have a special taste and texture due to mustard. You need to grease the meat, marinate it well, and fry the chops in breading.
Ingredients:
- pork or chicken meat
- strong mustard
- French mustard
- salt
- seasoning for meat
Additional ingredients:
- flour
- eggs
- breadcrumbs
- sunflower and sesame seeds
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the meat into pieces and beat off with a hammer.
2. Lubricate the chops first with strong and then French mustard on one side. Leave to marinate for several hours.
3. Prepare the breading ingredients separately: mix flour, egg, breadcrumbs with seeds.
4. When the meat is marinated, remove the mustard from it. Roll it in flour, egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
5. Fry the chops on both sides.
