Food blogger Anna Fil shared her method of making chocolate and honey cake. On Instagram, she said that this dessert requires products that are always in the fridge.

Ingredients for the dough

  • Eggs - 2 pcs
  • Sugar - 100 gr
  • Oil - 30 ml
  • Honey - 50 gr
  • Flour - 150 g
  • Soda - ½ tsp
  • Cocoa - 2 tbsp.

Ingredients for the cream

  • Cream from 33% - 100 ml
  • Boiled condensed milk - 200 g
  • Cream cheese - 100 gr

Ingredients for the glaze

  • Cocoa - 4 tbsp
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp
  • Milk - 3 tbsp
  • Butter - 20 g

Method of preparation.

1. Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy.

2. Add oil and liquid honey. Whisk to combine.

3. Add the flour, baking soda and cocoa. Stir or beat until smooth at low mixer speed.

4. Put the dough into a baking sheet lined with parchment and smooth it out.

5. Place in a preheated oven at 170° and bake for about 15 minutes.

6. Take the cake out of the oven, let it cool completely and cut it into three pieces.

7. Prepare the cream. Beat the cream, boiled condensed milk and cream cheese with a mixer until a fluffy, stable mass is formed.

8. Spread the cream on the top and sides of the cakes. Put in the refrigerator to soak.

9. Prepare the icing. Mix sugar, cocoa, butter and milk in a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Put it on the stove and stirring constantly, heat until all the ingredients are dissolved. Cook for 2-3 minutes and remove from heat.

10. Cool the icing to room temperature and spread it on the cooled cake.
