Chkmeruli: how to cook the most delicious Georgian chicken dish

Chkmeruli is a popular Georgian dish of chicken, which is stewed in a creamy sauce. The peculiarity of the dish is that a lot of spices and herbs are added to it, which makes the meat very spicy and flavorful.
Foodblogger Evgeniya Karpyuk(evgeniyakarpiuk) on her Instagram page shared the easiest recipe for chicken chkmeruli.
Ingredients:
- chicken - 1 pc (or some parts of it)
- onion - 1 pc
- sour cream - 150-200 grams
- flour - 1 tbsp
- chopped suneli, dry adjika, garlic - 1 tsp.
- salt, pepper
- coriander, parsley
- garlic - 1-2 cloves
Method of preparation:
1. Slice the chicken and fry both sides until golden. Transfer to a plate.
2. Shred the onion. Fry it in the same pan as the chicken.
3. Add the flour to the onions. Stir. This is to thicken the sauce and prevent the sour cream from curdling.
4. Immediately add sour cream and a little boiling water. Next - all spices and garlic. Stir to mix.
