Chicken and vegetable casserole for a hearty lunch: it turns out very juicy

Ingredients:
- medium potatoes - 3 pcs.
- broccoli - 180 grams
- chicken fillet - 140 grams
- egg - 1 pc.
- mozzarella - 80 grams
- spices (dry garlic, paprika, pepper, salt)
- parmesan
Method of preparation:
1. Peel and dice the potatoes, cut the broccoli into florets.
2. Throw the potatoes into boiling water.
3. After 6 minutes, add the fillets and broccoli.
4. Cook in boiling water until potatoes are soft (about 10 minutes).
5. Chop the chicken into small pieces, mashed potato the potatoes and broccoli with a pestle.
6. Add chicken, egg, spices, finely chopped or grated mozzarella and mix.
7. Transfer to the mold, sprinkle with parmesan.
8. Bake at 180 degrees in a preheated oven for 35-40 minutes.
