Chia pudding with pumpkin puree in a glass: get ready for a vitamin boost
Chia pudding is an empowering dessert. After all, in the language of the ancient Maya, "chia" means "strength". That is why this dessert is often eaten for breakfast.
The recipe for chia pudding was shared by food blogger Aliona Karpiuk. On her Instagram, she explained what exactly should be added to this dish to make it truly perfect and full of vitamins.
Ingredients
- sourdough starter
- chia seeds - 3 tbsp
- pumpkin puree
Method of preparation
1. Pour store-bought sourdough starter into a glass.
2. Add chia seeds and mix thoroughly. Set aside for 15-20 minutes to swell.
3. Before eating, put pumpkin puree (made by yourself or bought in a store) in a glass.
4. If desired, add honey to sweeten the dish.
Instead of sourdough, you can use regular milk, kefir, or ryazhenka. Honey can be replaced with sugar or you can eat the dish without sweetener at all. Instead of pumpkin, you can add any other puree or jam.
