Food blogger Anna Phil shared one of the ways to make a cherry pie. On Instagram, she shared how to make a cherry pie that will impress anyone.
Ingredients for the dough
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Sugar – 100 g
- Butter – 120 g
- Flour – 380 g
- Baking powder – 1 tsp.
Ingredients for the filling
- Eggs – 3 pcs.
- Sour cream 18-20% – 200 g
- Sugar – 100 g
- Pudding\starch\flour – 2 tbsp.
Ingredients for the filling
- Cherries – 300 g
Method of preparation.
1. Add sugar to the eggs. Beat with a mixer until fluffy.
2. Add soft butter. Beat until smooth.
3. Add flour and baking powder. Knead the dough.
4. Prepare the filling. Combine all the ingredients and mix.
5. Distribute in the mold, put the cherries, and pour the filling on top.
6. Place in a preheated 175° oven for about 1 hour.
