Cheesecakes in a new way for breakfast: cooked in the oven

Cheesecakes are a delicious cottage cheese dish, a great option for a quick breakfast and a healthy dessert. They can be prepared in different ways: with apples, bananas, chocolate, served with sauce, jam, or sour cream. They can also be fried in more ways than one.
Food blogger Khrystyna with the nickname kris_estet shared a recipe for baked cheesecakes with a delicious sour cream filling on her Instagram page. They turn out to be very flavorful, fluffy, tender, and at the same time hold their shape perfectly.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese 5% – 300 g
- eggs – 1 pc.
- flour – 30 g
- vanilla sugar – 1/2 p
Filling:
- sour cream 20% – 300 g
- eggs – 1 pc.
- sugar – 60 g
- vanilla or vanilla sugar
- cinnamon
Method of preparation:
1. Mash the cottage cheese and egg with a fork or grind in a blender.
2. Add the vanilla sugar to the mixture. Stir and immediately add the flour. Mix well.
3. Form balls from the resulting mass, using a glass to give the desired shape.
4. Fry the cheesecakes on low heat under a lid.
5. To prepare the filling, mix all the necessary ingredients.
6. Put the fried cheesecakes in the mold and pour the filling.
7. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
