Cheesecake muffins: a delicious and unusual dessert
If your family loves cheesecake, but you don't want to make a big dessert, the recipe presented in this article will come in handy. It's a recipe for cheesecake muffins, which are small, portioned cheesecakes served in the form of muffins.

Ingredients for 15 pieces
- Biscuits - 150 gr
- Butter - 60 gr
- Cream cheese - 300 gr
- Sour cream - 150 gr
- Sugar - 120 g
- Eggs - 2 pcs
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Starch - 20 g
- Strawberries - 300 g
- Powdered sugar - 70 g
- Starch - 20 g
Method of preparation
1. Grind the biscuits to a state of crumbs with a blender.
2. Add the melted butter and mix well.
3. Put about 1.5 tbsp into a muffin tin and press down with a spoon.
4. Combine the cream cheese with sour cream, lemon juice, sugar, and eggs. Mix until smooth.
5. Add the starch and mix very well.
6. Spread 2 tbsp of the cheese mass on the cookie base. Tap the table several times.
7. Put it in the oven preheated to 160 degrees for 16-19 minutes.
8. Turn off the oven and let the dessert stand in it for another 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
9. Combine the frozen strawberries with the powdered sugar and put them on the fire.
10. When the strawberries are soft, blend them with a blender, add the starch and mix to avoid lumps.
11. Put it back on medium heat and stir constantly until it thickens.
12. Remove from the heat, cover with cling film and leave to cool completely.
13. Put it on the muffin cups, level the surface and put it in the fridge until it is completely set.
