Cheese sticks in the oven: recipe for a quick snack in 15 minutes
Cheese sticks are a tasty and quick snack for the whole family. They can be easily prepared from elementary dough without yeast, eggs and leavening agent or use ready-made puff pastry. Sticks are baked in the oven, they turn out golden and crispy.
Foodblogger AlexeiKruchkov (kruchkov.food) on his Instagram page shared a recipe for cheese sticks from puff pastry, which you will prepare in 15 minutes.

Ingredients:
- puff pastry without yeast - 500 g
- hard cheese - 300 g
- egg yolk
- sesame
Method of preparation:
1. First you need to defrost the dough, lightly roll it out and cut it in half.
2. Grate hard cheese.

3 Place grated cheese on one half of the dough, cover with the other half. Roll out the top again.
4. Cut the dough into strips. Roll each strip into a spiral shape.

5. Brush the sticks with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Bon appetit!
