Processed cheese soup recipe

Ingredients:

  • processed cheeses - 2 pcs.
  • onion - 1 pc
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • potatoes - 2 pcs
  • carrots - 1 pc
  • butter - 20 g
  • salt
  • bay leaf
  • allspice
How to make soup from processed cheese

Method of preparation:

1. Chop the onion and garlic, cut the potatoes into cubes, grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

2. Fry the onion in butter until transparent, then immediately add the garlic. Fry for 1 minute.

3. Add the carrots, fry for 1 minute, then add the potatoes immediately. Season with salt and fry for 5 minutes.

4. Pour cold water over the vegetables, add bay leaves and allspice.

5. When the soup boils, add grated processed cheese. Cook for 15 minutes, then remove the bay leaves and pepper.

6. Whisk the finished soup in a blender, return to the fire and bring to a boil again.
