You can cook a delicious charlotte in a frying pan. It will be much faster than in the oven. It is an ideal option for a simple dessert for tea.

The idea of cooking charlotte in a frying pan was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Inna (innakluchnik31). The cake rises perfectly and is fluffy.

Ingredients:

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • salt - 1 g
  • vanilla
  • butter - 50 g
  • kefir - 320 g
  • flour - 300 g
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • apples - 3 pcs.
  • butter - 30 g
  • sugar - 2 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Put eggs in a bowl and add oil.

2. Add salt.

3. Add vanilla, sugar and baking powder.

4. Pour kefir.

5. Mix everything with a whisk.

6. Add flour and mix well.

7. Caramelize sugar and butter in a frying pan.

8. Lay out the apples.

9. Cook the apples over medium heat for 2 minutes.

10. Pour the batter on top and reduce the heat to a minimum.

11. Cover with a lid.

12. Check the readiness of the cake with a toothpick.
