On Instagram, food blogger Anna shared how to cook fish so that you don't have to ventilate the apartment afterwards.
Ingredients
- carp - 800 grams
- sour cream - 4 tbsp
- mustard - 2 tsp.
- lemon juice - 1-2 tsp.
- garlic - 2-3 cloves
- salt
- pepper mix
- favorite spices
Method of preparation
1. Peel, rinse and cut carp into portions.
2. Mix sour cream, mustard, garlic, lemon juice, salt and spices.
3. Put the carp into the mold. Add sour cream sauce and lemon slices.
4. Put it in the oven at 200° for 30-50 minutes.
