Carp in sour cream sauce with lemon: how to cook the fish to get rid of odor
Cooking fish is always accompanied by an unpleasant odor in the kitchen. However, thanks to this recipe, you can avoid it.

Ingredients
- carp - 800 grams
- sour cream - 4 tbsp
- mustard - 2 tsp.
- lemon juice - 1-2 tsp.
- garlic - 2-3 cloves
- salt
- pepper mix
- favorite spices
Method of preparation
1. Peel, rinse and cut carp into portions.
2. Mix sour cream, mustard, garlic, lemon juice, salt and spices.
3. Put the carp into the mold. Add sour cream sauce and lemon slices.
4. Put it in the oven at 200° for 30-50 minutes.
