Its recipe was shared by food blogger Anna Fil. On Instagram, she shared how to make Caramel cake with condensed milk and make it a treat for her family.
Ingredients for the dough
- Eggs - 3 pcs
- Salt
- Butter - 50 gr
- Boiled condensed milk - 300 g
- Flour - 220 gr
- Baking powder - 150 g
Ingredients for the cream
- Cream 33% - 500 g
- Vanilla sugar - 16 g
- Boiled condensed milk - 150 g
Method of preparation
1. Add salt to the eggs and beat until fluffy.
2. Add the melted butter, but not too hot. Mix well.
3. Gradually add the condensed milk and beat.
4. Gradually add the flour and baking powder and continue beating.
5. Put the dough into the mold and bake at 170 degrees for 40 minutes.
6. Cool completely and cut into cakes.
7. Prepare the cream. Whip the chilled cream with vanilla sugar until fluffy. Add the condensed milk. Beat until smooth.
8. Cook the syrup in a 1:1 ratio of water to sugar.
9. Soak the cakes in the syrup.
10. Spread the cream over the cakes, and use the remaining cream to "close" the sides.
11. Put them in the fridge overnight.
