- pumpkin - 2 kg
- oranges - 2 pcs
- lemon 1\2 pcs
- citric acid - 5 g
- sugar - 400 g
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the pumpkin from the skin and remove the pulp and seeds. Cut the vegetable into medium-sized cubes and transfer to a deep container.
2. Cut oranges into cubes. At the same time, peel one orange, cut the second one with the peel.
3. Dice half a lemon as well. Add to the total mixture.
